How to Register for NCR
Step 1

Step 3
Name Reservation, CoR9.4
For name reservation, you are required to provide four (4) company name options for your application.

- JBOND 007.
- BROTHER T SHOP.
- ALI SUPERMARKET.

Step 4
Address
Valid physical South African street address.
- 007 Main Street, Sandton, JHB, Gauteng, 2196.
Addresses provided for example purposes.
Step 5
Certified ID or passport
Must be no older than 3 months.
- Only PDF Certified will be Accepted.
- Upload a PDF Certified copy of your ID/Passport docs.
- Photo captured with a phone camera will not be accepted.
- Asylum seeker is Not accepted.
- Expired passport is not be accepted.
- Passport will be Verified by CIPC – Foreigner Assurance
- all Manual Submission docs@uaesa.co.za.
Step 6
On Approval CIPC Name
- Approval Name: is formally approved by CIPC.
- Name reserved in accordance with client’s request.
Step 7
UAESA will lodge the CIPC COREG and send it to the client for signature.
- UAESA: Will lodge the new COREG And send to client for signature.
- Client Representation: Acting on behalf of the applicant.
- Approval Process: Name is formally approved by CIPC.
- Reservation: Name reserved in accordance with client’s request.
Step 8
Final Process
“Certificates of Incorporation will be sent to your email within 24 hours.“ the following documents will be included:
- SARS Notice of Reg – Income Tax Number.
- Registration / disclosure certificate – COR14.3.
- Notice of incorporation – COR14.1.
- Notice of incorporation – COR14.1A.
- Memorandum of incorporation – COR15.1A.
