These Terms and Conditions govern the name reservation services provided by UAESA (Pty) Ltd on behalf of the client. By engaging UAESA to submit a name reservation to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), the client agrees to the following terms:

Correctness of Name Submitted by Client
1.1. It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the names submitted for reservation. UAESA will not be held liable for any misspellings, incorrect information, or unintended variations in the names provided by the client.
1.2. UAESA will process each name exactly as submitted by the client in the COR9.1-UAE002 form, and the client is responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of this form before submission.

Requirement for Four Unique Name Options
2.1. The client must propose four different and unique name options for reservation with the CIPC. This requirement is to improve the chances of successful approval.
2.2. UAESA will submit these four names in the order provided by the client. The CIPC will evaluate each name in sequence until one is approved.

Processing and Submission to CIPC
3.1. UAESA will submit the four proposed names for reservation to the CIPC as requested by the client.
3.2. UAESA does not guarantee the approval of any name submitted and cannot influence or expedite the CIPC’s decision-making process.

Additional Costs for Unapproved Names
4.1. If the CIPC does not approve any of the four submitted names, any additional attempts to reserve new names will incur extra costs, which will be charged to the client.
4.2. The client will be responsible for reviewing these additional charges prior to any further submissions.

Refunds and Cancellations
5.1. UAESA’s fees for name reservation submissions are non-refundable once the COR9.1-UAE002 form has been submitted to the CIPC, regardless of the outcome.
5.2. Cancellations may be made only before the submission of the COR9.1-UAE002 form, and any cancellations after submission will not result in a refund.

Client Liability
6.1. UAESA will not be held liable for any delays, losses, or rejections related to the client-provided names, nor for any damages arising from name rejection by the CIPC.
6.2. The client accepts full responsibility for any additional fees associated with further name reservation attempts due to initial rejections or corrections.
