1. General Terms

These Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the methods and conditions under which UAESA (Pty) Ltd (“UAESA”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) dispatches documents and materials to clients (“you”, “your”, “client”, or “customer”). By engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Delivery Options

2.1. South African Clients:
Clients based in South Africa may choose one of the following methods for receiving their documents:

  • Email (PDF Format)

  • WhatsApp (PDF Format)

  • Direct Physical Delivery via our official delivery partner – The Courier Guy

⚠️ Note: Only one delivery method may be selected per request. Delivery is executed upon completion of services.

2.2. International Clients:
International clients are only eligible to receive documents via:

  • Email (PDF Format Only)

Physical delivery services are not available to clients located outside South Africa.

3. Delivery Fees

3.1. Non-Membership Clients:
Clients who are not members of UAESA will be subject to a fixed delivery fee of R120 for physical document delivery within South Africa. This fee is payable only upon completion of services.

3.2. Membership Clients:
Clients who hold any active UAESA membership are entitled to free shipping and delivery services, including:

  • Free PDF delivery via email or WhatsApp

  • Free direct physical delivery (South Africa only)

4. Document Dispatch Email

All official documents will be sent from:

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the email address or WhatsApp number provided is accurate. UAESA will not be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect contact details.

5. Dispatch Timelines

Documents will be dispatched upon full completion of the agreed service. Estimated dispatch timelines are as follows:

  • PDF (Email/WhatsApp): Within 24 hours during business days from completion.

  • Physical Delivery (South Africa Only): Within 3–5 business days from completion via The Courier Guy.

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on location, workload, and courier efficiency.

6. Limitation of Liability

UAESA shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or delays arising from:

  • Incorrect contact or delivery information provided by the client

  • Delays caused by third-party courier services, including our partner The Courier Guy

  • Disruptions in email or WhatsApp services beyond UAESA’s control

7. Changes and Amendments

UAESA reserves the right to amend these Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes via official communication platforms.

If you need copies of previously issued documents, outstanding records, or reissued correspondence, you may submit a request via any of the following official channels:
