Terms and Conditions for CIPC Name Change Service
Service Scope
UAESA provides assistance in submitting company name change applications to the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) based on the details provided by the client.

Client Responsibility

The client is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and correctness of the name submitted for the name change application.
UAESA will not make any modifications to the client-provided details unless explicitly instructed in writing.
Liability for Errors

UAESA shall not be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the submitted name caused by client-provided information.
Any additional costs, delays, or re-submissions resulting from such errors will be borne by the client.
Submission Process

UAESA submits the application strictly based on the name and details provided by the client.
Once submitted, changes to the application may require additional fees and processing time as per CIPC regulations.
Approval by CIPC

The approval or rejection of the name change application is solely at the discretion of the CIPC. UAESA does not guarantee the approval of any name submitted.
Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes related to errors caused by client-provided details, UAESA will provide evidence of submission as per the client’s instructions to resolve the matter.
Payment Terms

Fees for the service must be paid upfront.
Any additional costs incurred due to re-submissions or corrections will be communicated to the client and must be settled before further action is taken.
